I bought some coffee from 1886Bonomi. It’s tomorrow’s breakfast coffee that I’ll be making! Special bar is sitting right there. Now I have no idea why I chose Special Bar, except that traditionally espresso roast isn’t 100% arabica.
I’ve been buying Hausbrandt on Shopee too. It’s so much easier and cheaper than buying in PX Mart. And the stock is available. The Gold Delizia makes a decent Americano in the morning (25~27g with about 350ml of hot water poured in a hand filter – flat-bottomed, Taiwanese drip cone – at about 95C. It comes out of the water jug at about 85C. By the time it goes in my mouth, it’s at a temp that makes my dentist happy.
