Netbux

Is this a ponzi scheme? Netbux offers users a vehicle for paid search, in other words, you get paid to search from their webpages. However, there is one caveat – you can buy referrals to boost your income because many members are un-referred to them, ie. when they click, you will get paid. However, each referral is $3.00. According to their stats, they have thousands of such un-referred members. You can earn loads of money…

I’m not prepared to do all the math, but in some respects, it seems that you have to pay them to make any money. Is this similar to the many other paid to surf schemes with different membership levels? Can one earn any money doing this? I think the answers are most likely yes and no, in that order.
