Keep that skin young and healthy this summer!

Am I too old? Is it time for using the best wrinkle cream I can find or should I should accept the destiny of my DNA!?

FarmerThere are many ways that the sun and time damage your skin, so it’s important to treat your skin properly: “Some studies have shown that up to 70% of skin aging can be attributed to the effects of the suns rays.”

I do think that prevention is better than cure: stay out of the strongest sun during the day; wear a hat and long sleeves; use lots of sun lotion and sunglasses, too; and keep your extremities (toes, fingers, hands, nose, ears…) all suitably protected, too!

The Taiwanese farmer ladies  typically cover themselves from head to foot, because they value their skin and traditionally believe a fair skin is beautiful.

Good advice for the sunlovers amongst us!
