Dragon Fruit for Breakfast

I recently started adding dragon fruit to my breakfast bowl. Pretty taste… and it makes the milk a cute shade of pink!!! Typical breakfast includes two bars of Weetbix, 250cc milk and/or almond milk, and some fruit (bananas, papaya, mango, or dragon fruit). Calories: <350.

  • 2x Weetbix = 110 calories
  • 250cc milk = 150 calories (less if mixed with unsweetened almond milk)
  • 60 g fruit = 60~80 calories!
