Change your life: change your diet

By | May 16, 2009

Who cares about diets? Really I mean… who cares? Most diets don’t work, they really don’t because of a faulty assumption: that as soon as the diet is over, normal life can return, and normal habits, too.

Most diets just don’t address this crucial issue: to diet successfully you must change your habits permanently. So the next time you are checking out diet pill reviews , use this perspective to temper your thoughts about what pills or diets you might choose.

Ask yourself: Have you sufficiently changed your lifestyle to keep the weight off when you stop taking your diet supplements or end your calorie/carb restrictions? If the answer is no or a qualified yes, then your diet will likely fail no matter what you do. You haven’t modified the reasons for the weight gain in the first place.

So by all means, check out all the dietary products you need to, but be mindful of the primary reason for success and failure of almost any dietary regime.
