Well, I weighed myself yesterday online to find that I weigh a not unsurprising 91.5KGs. This is at the top of my weight range for the whole of my life. I was quite surprised that the last three years efforts have all proven in vain. But again this is not surprising, is it?

So I need an action plan to get me out of this whole!
Here we go:
1. Quit cookies and chocolate
2. Quit sweet drinks
3. Quit rice and other starches
4. Start exercising more
5. Eat regular meals
6. Substitute snacks with better value food.
7. Eliminate as much caffeine as I can.
