Weight loss seems to be a marginal activity: most weight loss occurs at the edges of your daily plan. So you can bust your butt but if you’re still consuming more and doing only a little less… you go nowhere.

Grinding the gears, accelerating with the brakes on, going forward in reverse gear. LOL! Sigh! It’s been quite frustrating. Yesterday we rode towards Neihu and I burned over 2500 calories. But I can’t do that every day.

The plan? Does it lie in tatters? Well, not exactly. I never give up. Tomorrow, after resting, I will pick up and go on!
