Been struggling to control my weight so I embarked on a new exercise program. To lose weight by burning 600 calories more every day.

This is basically a good idea because I can exploit the gap between calories intake and calories burned. At least that’s the theory. So I’ve been walking every night to about 10,000 steps, then I’ve been cycling to burn about 160 calories. That combined with the walking equates to about 600 cal burned each night.

Of course the biggest advantage of burning calories at night like this is the cooler temperature. It gets about 27 or 28°C. The only real trouble is the high humidity but that’s true all day long.

I’ve been doing that for about 10 days now after starting last Wednesday I think. It’s hard to do it every day but at least I can do it three or four days in a row. On the next day I take a break. Now what about the results?
