Ever used a treadmill? I have on many occasions. Actually, it’s my favorite exercise equipment in the gym, by a long way. It’s simple to use yet you can add or supplement your exercise regime in several ways with a treadmill.
I used to increase both the speed and the angle of the footboard, and then try to burn as many calories as I could in as short a time as I could. My only concern was that it was a little tedious, so I tried to limit the amount of time on the machine to about 20 minutes or so. But I did manage to burn nearly 500 calories on the machine in that time!
Pity, those candy bars that I bought on the way home were so calorie-filled!











People now a days, have little time to do one of the basic exercises which is walking or jogging since the daily activities changes and due to task at work. With the invention of treadmill these “on the go” individuals can do their jogging or walking exercises in the comfort of their office or even at home.
Also prices for treadmills are affordable and doesn’t take much space in your office or home since treadmills are foldable and easy to tuck away in the corners of your room.
