Photocopier supplies are a pain in the butt for new machines. We recently bought a new Brother printer, and we were begging the supplier for new supplies within a month. We couldn’t find the black ink cartridges. I only hope that this problem slowly resolves itself through the proper fulfillment of the supply chain.
Who knows? If we’d bought a decent copier like the phaser 8560, I doubt we’d be having this problem. But our photocopy budget doesn’t stretch to purchasing multiple thousand dollar units yet. So we work the lower end of the market, buying what we can, where we can, and (right now) when we can!
